Snowy River Hostel, located at 7 Jindalee Street in Berridale, New South Wales, was a residential aged care facility operated by the Snowy Monaro Regional Council. The facility featured 14 single rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, underfloor heating, and access to outdoor patio areas. Common areas included a large lounge room, dining area, kitchen, and quiet sitting areas, all equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning. In November 2023, the Council announced the closure of Snowy River Hostel, effective 28 March 2024, following unsuccessful attempts to secure additional funding to continue its operations.
