The site of the former Nangwee State School, located on Toowoomba Cecil Plains Road in Nangwee, Queensland, marks the educational history of this rural community. Established as Nangwee Provisional School on 7 June 1921, it transitioned to Nangwee State School on 1 September 1922. Serving the area for four decades, the school closed on 13 August 1961. The original school building was situated at 69 McPherson Road. Today, the location stands as a testament to the town's educational heritage.
