The Silver City Mint & Art Centre in Broken Hill is a unique destination combining an art gallery, silversmith workshop, and chocolate factory. Its centerpiece, "The Big Picture," is a 100-meter-long acrylic painting by local artist Peter Anderson, featuring 100,000 saltbushes, 20,000 trees, 20,000 small stones, 1,000 large stones, 3,000 clouds, 1,500 hills, and 12 sculptures. Visitors can also enjoy handmade chocolates, including fudge and truffles, and browse elegant silver jewelry crafted on-site. The centre is open daily from 10 am to 4 pm.
