Located within the Claremont Showgrounds, the Showgrounds Community Men's Shed offers a welcoming space for men to engage in various activities, including woodworking, bee keeping, photography, and more. Open Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm, the Shed provides opportunities for members to work on personal projects, participate in group tasks, or simply enjoy fellowship. The Shed also welcomes public requests for small repairs and larger woodworking projects at reasonable fees. Memberships are available, with fees starting at $200 for an annual membership.
