The cottage and bunkhouse each feature two bedrooms with three double bunks and one single bedroom, accommodating up to 26 guests. Amenities include an electric kitchen, internal and external bathrooms, a laundry, BBQ area, and a recreation room with a wood heater. An adjacent campsite provides space for 30 campers. The location offers easy access to the Great Ocean Road's coastal attractions, including Loch Ard Gorge, the 12 Apostles, and Gibsons Steps.
