Serendipity - The Choir

Serendipity: the choir is a vibrant community ensemble based in Bundanoon, NSW, dedicated to delivering enjoyable and diverse musical performances. Founded in 2008, the choir comprises approximately thirty voices, with members hailing from Bundanoon and surrounding areas. Rehearsals are held on Thursday evenings from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm at the Soldiers' Memorial Hall, a venue renowned for its excellent acoustics and Art Deco architecture. The choir's repertoire spans from medieval to contemporary works, encompassing classical, folk, popular, jazz, madrigal, and sacred styles. Notably, Serendipity: the choir has commissioned pieces from local composers, enriching the regional cultural landscape. Their concerts, such as "Flicks & Footlights," showcase a variety of songs from stage and screen, reflecting the ensemble's commitment to engaging and entertaining performances.
