Seeonee Park Private Scout Grounds

Nestled just outside Rockhampton, Seeonee Park Private Scout Grounds spans 600 acres of adventure along the Rockhampton-Yeppoon Road. This expansive campsite has hosted numerous Queensland Ventures, Cuborees, and countless Scout camps. Beyond Scouting, it has welcomed groups like Laser Skirmish CQ, CQ Field Archers, Capital De Buch Re-enactment Group, and the Rockhampton Mountain Bike Club. Church and community organizations also utilize the grounds to promote their activities. Accommodations include Camp Petrel with its main hall, bunk beds, kitchen, and large camping area, and Brown Hut featuring a hall, kitchen, open shed, and access to Seeonee Weir—a popular swimming spot. The park offers equipment rentals such as camping gear, portable shade structures, tables, chairs, and a projector.
