Located in Concord's Central Park, this versatile hall features a polished wooden floor measuring approximately 15m x 9m, complemented by a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven, microwave, fridge, and hot water urn. The space includes approximately 40 chairs and 8 trestle tables, with access to nearby council-maintained toilets. Ideal for celebrations, club meetings, or classes, the hall is available for one-off hires at a half-day rate of $150, with extended hours at $30 per hour, and regular hires at $25 per hour. A refundable security deposit of $200 is required for all bookings.
