Nestled in the heart of Sevenhill, Sawmill Gin is Clare Valley's original small-batch gin distillery, established in 2022. Housed within The Curly Goose vineyard and event centre, it offers a range of award-winning gins, including the Clare Valley Dry Gin, The Traveller’s Gin, and Mr Wriggles Clare Valley Gin. Visitors can enjoy gin tastings paired with chef-selected bites, crafted by Chef Sophie, and explore a selection of traditional and signature cocktails. The distillery operates Friday to Sunday, 11 am to 4 pm, with midweek tastings available by appointment. Intimate gin-making experiences, including distilling your own gin and enjoying a farmhouse-style lunch, are also offered.
