Sarina Landcare Catchment Management Association

Sarina Landcare Catchment Management Association (SLCMA) is a community-based, not-for-profit organization dedicated to protecting the natural environment within the Sarina Catchment. Collaborating with landholders, industries, and local groups, SLCMA offers free property visits, land management advice, and engages in on-ground rehabilitation projects. The organization operates a community nursery, providing native plants for local projects and serving as a training facility for volunteers and youth. SLCMA also coordinates educational events, such as field days and workshops, to raise community awareness about sustainable land management practices.
