Established on October 1, 2018, SAS offers a range of martial arts and fitness programs, including boxing, kickboxing, women's self-protection, competition training, group sessions, private lessons, KAPAP/Krav Maga, and Zen-Do-Kai (Karate). These activities aim to break down mental and physical barriers, fostering personal growth and empowerment. SAS operates Monday to Friday from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, providing a supportive environment for individuals seeking to enhance their well-being and lifestyle.
