Sandon River campground, nestled within Yuraygir National Park, offers 29 unpowered sites suitable for tents, camper trailers, and caravans up to 7.5 meters. Each campsite provides picnic tables, barbecue facilities, and access to a boat ramp. The campground is accessible via a gravel road from Brooms Head village, approximately 12.5 kilometers away. Visitors can enjoy fishing, swimming, and canoeing in the river and ocean. Please note, there are no shower facilities, and drinking water is not available; it's advisable to bring your own. Park entry fees apply and are not included in your camping fees.
