Nestled in the Bendigo region, Sandhurst Ridge Winery is a family-run boutique winery producing award-winning, handcrafted wines since 1995. Brothers Paul and George Greblo, continuing a winemaking tradition from northern Italy, oversee the vineyard planted with Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, and Nebbiolo. Visitors can enjoy tastings at the cellar door, open Friday to Sunday from 12 pm to 4 pm, or by appointment. The winery also offers two boutique cottages for a peaceful vineyard getaway.
