The culinary approach honors ancestral techniques, utilizing firewood, charcoal, and the subtle aroma of smoke to enhance the natural flavors of the land and sea. With a commitment to minimal intervention, the menu evolves with market availability, priced at AU$129 per person for food only. Due to the nature of the restaurant, they do not cater for vegetarian and/or seafood allergies. They are able to adjust the menu to other allergies such as gluten or lactose intolerance. Please do let them know upon booking. Reservations are accepted for groups of up to six people, with dinner service available from Wednesday to Saturday, starting at 6:30 PM and lasting approximately two hours. The restaurant is situated in a beautiful spot overlooking the bay, providing a serene dining experience.
