
Saint John's Uniting Church, located at 39 Douglas Street in Narrandera, New South Wales, is a historic place of worship with a rich heritage. Established in 1908, the church was originally known as St John's Presbyterian Church. The foundation stone was laid on April 17, 1907, by The Hon. Sir Samuel McCaughey M.L.C., with the church opening on February 28, 1908. Designed by Melbourne architects Campbell and Kernot, the building showcases Federation Gothic architecture, featuring a cruciform roof plan and local red clay brick walls with sandstone banding. The church continues to serve the community, offering Sunday worship services at 10:00 am.
