Designed by the late architect Wayne Gillespie in 1991 and extensively renovated in 2022, the property seamlessly blends Mediterranean-inspired architecture with modern comforts. Accommodating up to 10 guests, it features two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and three queen bedrooms. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas are ideal for casual gatherings, while rumpus rooms provide entertainment for all ages. Two outdoor decks, equipped with a barbecue area, bathtub, and double-head showers, enhance the beachside living experience. A private track leads directly to Nuns Beach, and the nearby Point Lonsdale offers fine dining and coastal activities. The addition of a heated mineral pool in the landscaped garden provides year-round enjoyment.
