Sages Cottage Farm

Sages Cottage Farm, established in the 1850s, is a 38-acre heritage-listed property in Baxter, Victoria. The historic Sages Cottage, built by John and Maria Sage, offers tours that showcase life on the farm during the 1850s. Visitors can explore picturesque gardens, wetlands, and interact with a variety of farm animals, including miniature ponies, pigs, sheep, goats, alpacas, guinea pigs, rabbits, chickens, and turkeys. Sages Café, located in the restored Baxter Barn, serves meals prepared with local produce and provides employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. The on-site shop offers unique, handcrafted gifts made by Wallara clients. The farm also hosts educational programs, school excursions, and corporate team-building events, aiming to become Australia's most inclusive farm.
