Rushworth, established during the 1853 Victorian gold rush, is a historic town in central Victoria, Australia. Located approximately 157 kilometers north of Melbourne, it boasts a population of around 1,411 residents. The town's High Street and adjacent areas are recognized as a National Trust Urban Conservation Area, featuring restored architecture and historical landmarks.
