Royal South Australian Yacht Squadron (RSAYS)

Established in 1869, the Royal South Australian Yacht Squadron (RSAYS) is Adelaide's premier sailing club, offering over 150 years of maritime heritage. Located at 750 Victoria Road, Outer Harbor, the Squadron features a fully serviced marina with over 200 berths ranging from 10 to 30 meters, complemented by 130 hardstand berths and 40 chain moorings, all secured with 24-hour access. The club's active sailing calendar includes inshore and offshore races, twilight series, women's keelboat events, and cruising, all accompanied by vibrant social gatherings. The two-storey clubhouse provides a unique setting for functions, accommodating up to 180 seated guests, with options for weddings, birthdays, luncheons, dinners, cocktail parties, and conferences. The Squadron also offers a range of membership options to suit all needs, fostering a community centered around seamanship and fellowship.
