Rosebud Pier

Rosebud Pier, located at 2 Jetty Road, extends approximately 300 meters into the waters of Port Phillip Bay. Its proximity to the shipping channel offers captivating views, making each stroll along the pier unique. Fishing enthusiasts, whether seasoned or casual, frequent the pier to cast their lines. Adjacent to the pier, a modern all-abilities playground caters to children from toddlers to teens, featuring equipment like enclosed baby swings, junior slides, tunnels, net swings, rope climbing walls, and a flying fox. The area is ideal for family barbecues or picnics, overlooking a safe swimming beach. Public berthing is available on the pier for up to 48 hours, with vessels required to be attended at all times. Visitors are advised that jumping and diving off the pier are prohibited for safety reasons due to shallow areas and submerged obstacles. Dogs are permitted but must be kept on a leash, and owners are expected to clean up after their pets.
