
Rock Forest Vineyard is a cool-climate vineyard nestled on a granite outcrop west of Bathurst. Established in 2008 with the help of family and friends, it cultivates varieties like Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Shiraz, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyard practices sustainable farming, using minimal chemicals and enhancing granite sand soil with composted grass cuttings and horse manure. Grapes are hand-picked and fermented on-site with minimal intervention. The cellar door operates on the first Sunday of each month from 10 am to 4 pm or by appointment.
