Rieslingfreak, established in 2009 by John Hughes, is dedicated to showcasing the versatility of Riesling through a diverse portfolio of wines sourced from the Clare, Eden, and Polish Hill River valleys. Their collection includes dry, sweet, sparkling, and fortified styles, each reflecting the unique characteristics of its region. The Tasting Room, opened in June 2024, offers an immersive experience in a bright, airy space adorned with green hues and mineral accents, echoing the essence of Riesling. Open Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm, bookings are recommended but not essential.
