
Rengaya, established in 1993, is Australia's first authentic Japanese BBQ restaurant, offering a premium yakiniku experience in North Sydney. The modern setting features bar-counter seating around an open kitchen, red booth seating with Japanese-style timber panelling, and a 20-seat private dining room. Guests can enjoy cooking premium cuts of Wagyu beef, including rib, loin, oyster blade, and ox tongue, on coal-fired grills at each table. The menu also includes fresh sashimi and seafood, complemented by a selection of Japanese beers, sake, and cocktails. Lunch hours are Wednesday to Friday, 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm, and dinner is Wednesday to Sunday, 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
