Raising Mamas

Raising Mamas offers facilitator-led mothers' groups at the Goodlife Community Centre in Buderim, Queensland. These groups provide a supportive environment for new mums to connect, share experiences, and build lasting friendships. Tailored programs are available for babies aged 0-5 months and 4-12 months, covering topics such as baby development, sleep, feeding, and maternal well-being. Each group is led by experienced facilitators and capped at 15 participants to ensure an intimate setting. Sessions run in alignment with school terms, fostering a community that extends beyond the program.
