Quirindi's silos have been transformed into an award-winning tourist attraction, featuring a vibrant mural by artist Peter Ryan that narrates the town's past, present, and future. By day, the artwork showcases Yurrandaali, the tree goanna, central to the Dreamtime story, and progresses through the arrival of settlers, agriculture, and the railway. By night, the mural comes alive with a 20-minute light and sound show, starting at 7:30 pm and 8:30 pm during Daylight Savings, preceded by a 30-minute countdown. Comfortable lounges and picnic tables are available for visitors. The site also features a rain gauge made of poly-pipes indicating the annual rainfall since the silo's construction. The Quirindi Silo Art has been recognized with multiple awards, including Best Street Art Experience, Best Mega Mural, and Best of the Best at the 2023 Australian Street Art Awards.
