
Nestled on the Tasman Peninsula, Premaydena Hill is a family-owned farm offering premium wines and grass-fed Black Angus beef. The three-hectare vineyard produces cool-climate wines, with an on-site winery ensuring quality from vine to bottle. The restored farmhouse cottage serves as a welcoming cellar door, open Friday to Sunday, where visitors can enjoy wine tastings and local cuisine. Since 2019, the farm has been delivering professionally butchered beef directly to Tasmanian homes and businesses. Upcoming events include a Winter Long Table Dinner on August 2, 2025.
