Port Hedland Civic Centre

Situated on McGregor Street, the Port Hedland Civic Centre serves as the administrative hub for the Town of Port Hedland. The facility includes Gratwick Hall, a recently refurbished venue ideal for public performances, and the Civic Centre Gardens, a grassy space with stunning views of the Indian Ocean, accommodating events of up to 2,000 people. The gardens feature an electric BBQ, accessible toilet, and ample space for gatherings. The Civic Centre is also home to the Port Hedland Community Centre, a two-storey building offering function spaces, community areas, and commercial-grade kitchens. This centre hosts events, conferences, arts and cultural exhibitions, and serves as an emergency evacuation centre during extreme weather events.
