Port Douglas-Mossman Lodge No. 40H, established in 1935, is the sole Masonic lodge in the Mossman area, meeting at the Masonic Centre on Daintree Road. The lodge hosts various community events, including a stall at the annual Mossman Show each July and occasional Barefoot Bowls and inter-lodge Bowls Tournaments at the Mossman Bowls Club.
