Housed in Port Broughton's original 1882 school building, the Heritage Centre showcases the town's rich history through themed rooms: Community, School and War, Kitchen/Dining, District Council, Boat and Wheat Trade, and Ladies' Room. A notable feature is the Plangon Doll Display, highlighting the Australian Plangon Doll Collectors Club's collection. Managed by local volunteers, the centre offers self-guided tours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1–3 pm, with other times available by appointment. Admission is $7 for adults, $5 for concessions, and $10 for families.
