Guests join Ian and Diego, their trained Kelpie, to explore the truffière, learning about black truffle cultivation and the art of unearthing these rare delicacies. After the hunt, visitors enjoy a three-course lunch featuring freshly harvested truffles and local produce, all while relaxing by a wood fire. The farm also offers fresh black winter truffles for purchase during the harvest season from June to September.
