Pioneer Hall, constructed between 1910 and 1912, is one of Darkan's earliest substantial buildings, featuring stone walls, a timber floor, and an iron roof. Originally serving as a community hall, it underwent significant alterations in the 1960s, including a roofline raise and expansion. In 1984, the Junior Farmers' Club purchased and rededicated the hall, preserving its historical significance. Today, it functions as a community center, hosting various local events and serving as a focal point for Darkan's residents.
