Designed by award-winning French architect Manuelle Gautrand, the building features a striking tessellated roof inspired by native flora. Inside, visitors can explore the City of Parramatta Library, offering an extensive book collection, digital resources, and dedicated children's areas. Flexible spaces are available for hire, including Active Wellness Studios, Smart Tech Labs, meeting rooms, sound recording studios, and maker spaces, all equipped with the latest technology. The ground floor café, Publique Eatery, provides a variety of dining options.
