Visitors can explore the winemakers' laboratory, blending Grenache, Shiraz, and Mataro to create a personalized wine. The "Barossa Ultimate Tasting" features a selection of Penfolds' renowned wines, including the iconic Grange. The cellar door is open daily from 10:00 to 17:00.
