Located at 2 Turner Street, Felixstow, the Payneham Library (Tirkandi) & Community Facility offers a modern setting for seminars, meetings, and celebrations. The venue features three flexible rooms with removable walls, allowing customization to suit various needs. Amenities include upholstered chairs, flip-top tables on wheels, heating and cooling, and parking for up to 150 vehicles. The facility is fully wheelchair accessible. A semi-industrial kitchen is available, equipped with an oven, domestic dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and boiling/cold water tap.
