Parramatta Square

Parramatta Square is a vibrant, people-friendly space designed for locals, workers, and visitors alike. Conveniently located between Parramatta Train Station and the Parramatta Square Light Rail, it is home to six new state-of-the-art buildings, a refurbished Town Hall, internationally recognised community space PHIVE, and diverse dining experiences. The precinct features four premium A-Grade commercial towers housing offices and retail spaces, along with around 10,000 square metres of public domain. Notable tenants include National Australia Bank (NAB), ABC, Walker Corporation, NSW Government, and Western Sydney University’s city campus.
