Oyster Stacks Snorkelling Area

Nestled within Cape Range National Park, Oyster Stacks offers an exceptional snorkelling experience with its shallow coral gardens teeming with diverse marine life. The proximity of Ningaloo Reef—just 300 meters offshore—creates a narrow lagoon, enhancing the area's rich biodiversity. Ideal for snorkellers, the site is best visited during high tide (minimum 1.2 meters) to ensure sufficient water over the reef. Accessing the water requires navigating a rocky shoreline with sharp oyster shells; appropriate footwear is recommended. As a sanctuary zone in Ningaloo Marine Park, visitors are encouraged to observe without disturbing the environment.
