Their 12-week Program of Support runs from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm on Mondays through Thursdays, featuring a variety of therapeutic workshops such as creative arts, performing arts, wellbeing and mindfulness, life skills, and social enterprise development. These workshops aim to enhance participants' skills, confidence, and social engagement. The hub also provides a supportive community environment where individuals can create, socialize, and develop new skills.
