Nestled in the heart of the Barossa Valley, Ollin Wines offers an intimate tasting experience at their charming cottage on Krondorf Road. Visitors can sample a selection of current releases, including the 2022 Oleta Field Blend and 2022 Ollin Chardonnay, guided by winemaker Jaysen Collins and his daughter, Finella. Tastings are available on weekends—Saturdays from 1 pm to 5 pm and Sundays from 11 am to 3 pm—with additional times by appointment. A $15 per person fee covers the full range, waived upon purchase of a bottle.
