The Aylward family cultivates these varieties across 17 hectares of vineyard, producing wines that are lean, bright, and crisp, ideal for food pairing and aging. Visitors can enjoy tastings in a charming cellar door, set amidst beautiful gardens. The winery is open Friday and Saturday from 12 pm to 5 pm, and Sunday from 12 pm to 3 pm.
