Accessible via the Banff Gondola, the restaurant serves a variety of dishes, including Certified Angus Beef Brisket, maple baked salmon, and applewood roasted chicken. The menu also features a pizza station, daily soups, salads, and assorted desserts. Operating on a walk-in basis, it is open daily from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM. Proper winter attire is recommended, as temperatures can be up to 10 degrees colder at the summit.
