North Currigee Campground, nestled on the Broadwater side of South Stradbroke Island, offers 29 beachfront campsites surrounded by native bushland. Accessible exclusively by boat, each site accommodates one average-sized or two smaller tents. Amenities include a pontoon for easy mooring, sheltered picnic areas, toilets, and hot showers. The campground is pet-free to protect local wildlife. A ranger delivers firewood, ice, and drinking water twice daily. Activities such as fishing, swimming, and wildlife spotting are popular among guests. Please note, generators are not permitted to maintain the tranquil environment.
