Nestled in the heart of Queensland's outback, the Noorama Picnic Race Club offers a unique racing experience on its dirt track, one of only four left-handed tracks in the state. Established in 1964, the club hosts annual race meetings, including the feature event, the Noorama Cup Open Handicap. The track is situated on Jobs Gate Road, approximately 106 kilometers southeast of Cunnamulla. The club is a volunteer-led organization dedicated to maintaining the facilities and organizing events that bring together the local community and visitors alike.
