The Nichols Point Pavilion, located at Nichols Point Reserve, is a versatile community hub set to open in June 2025. It serves as a central point of contact for the public, offering information about sporting events, community gatherings, function hire, and other activities. The pavilion is the result of a long-term collaborative effort by several local organizations and groups: the Nichols Point Soccer Club, Nichols Point Cricket Club, Nichols Point Inc., Sunraysia Rugby, and the Mildura Rural City Council. Over the past 20 years, the project has evolved, gaining significant momentum over the last 7 years, and is finally coming to fruition with the pavilion set to open in 2025.
