Located at 53-55 Maitland Street, Narrabri, the Neighbourhood Centre serves as the hub for Narrabri and District Community Aid Service Inc. (NDCAS), a not-for-profit organization established in 1974. The Centre offers a range of essential services, including the Narrabri Homelessness Support Service, Women and Children’s Refuge, Families and Youth Service, Namoi Toy Library, Supported Playgroup, and Youth Centre. Operating Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, with a lunch break from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, the Centre is dedicated to empowering individuals, connecting families, and fostering a committed community.
