Narawntapu National Park, located on Tasmania's central north coast, offers a diverse landscape of coastal heathlands, grasslands, wetlands, and dry sclerophyll woodlands. The park is renowned for its abundant wildlife, including Forester kangaroos, Bennett's wallabies, pademelons, and a variety of bird species such as honeyeaters, green rosellas, black cockatoos, raptors, robins, wrens, and fantails. Visitors can enjoy activities like walking, camping, fishing, and swimming, with facilities including picnic areas, toilets, and a visitor centre at Springlawn. The park is accessible via Bakers Beach Road, approximately 30 minutes east of Devonport.
