Established in 1987 by Andrew and Sue Mountford, the family-owned winery specializes in cool-climate varieties like Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Merlot. Their Tangletoe Cidery produces traditional English and European-style ciders, including a farmhouse "Scrumpy" cider available seasonally. The award-winning cellar door, built from mud brick and recycled timber, also serves as an art gallery and event space, reflecting the winery's commitment to sustainability and local culture. Visitors can enjoy tastings, local produce, and breathtaking views, with the cellar door open Friday to Monday from 10 am to 4 pm, and daily during school holidays.
