On-site, two copper pot stills produce a variety of moonshine flavors, including Original, Aniseed, Strawberry, Butterscotch, and Lemon, alongside a Honey Liqueur and an Uncut version. Wine enthusiasts can savor offerings from Rosebrook Estate and a selection of Morpeth Wines, including a unique Chilli Wine. The cellar also features bulk Liqueur Verdelho and Liqueur Muscat, Binnorie Labna (yoghurt), marinated Fetta, and local jams, sauces, vinegars, and olive products, many available for tasting. On Mondays and Tuesdays, fresh Morpeth Sourdough Bread is available for purchase. Guests can enjoy these offerings alongside Morpeth Wood Fired Pizza, making it an ideal spot to relax and indulge in local flavors.
