
Moppa Vintners is a modern, versatile, and well-equipped contract winemaking facility located in the Barossa Valley. Catering to both small and large clients, they process between 3 to 1,000 tonnes of grapes. The facility offers a range of fermenters, including red tank fermenters from 4 to 30 tonnes, open fermenters from 4 to 10 tonnes, static fermenters from 9 to 19 tonnes, and SWAP fermenters up to 30 tonnes. White tank fermenters range from 1.1kL to 23.5kL. Additional services include whole bunch pressing, long-term storage in tanks ranging from 23.5kL to 92kL, and a fully maintained barrel storage facility. An independent bottling facility on-site provides convenient bottling options. Moppa Vintners is HACCP and Organic certified, making it one of the few facilities authorized to process organic wine.
