Perched atop a cliff in Shorncliffe, Moora Park Rotunda offers panoramic views of Moreton Bay and the Redcliffe Peninsula. Built in 1897, this heritage-listed timber structure is the only surviving remnant of Shorncliffe's historic seaside entertainment area. The rotunda, designed by architect Hubert Thomas, was once a popular venue for the Sandgate Town Band's performances on public holidays and special occasions. Today, it serves as a picturesque spot for gatherings, with a capacity of 17 people and available power outlets. The surrounding park features extensive lawns, picnic shelters, barbecues, and a playground, making it an ideal destination for both relaxation and events.
