Established in 1922, Mooloolaba Surf Life Saving Club is one of Australia's premier surf lifesaving clubs, dedicated to ensuring beach safety and fostering community engagement. With over 400 active patrol members, the club volunteers more than 14,000 hours annually on Mooloolaba Beach, providing year-round surveillance in partnership with council lifeguards. The club offers comprehensive training programs, including the Bronze Medallion and Surf Rescue Certificate, to equip members with essential lifesaving skills. Additionally, the Nippers program introduces children aged 5 to 13 to beach safety and surf awareness, nurturing future lifesavers. The clubhouse features a gym, craft storage, and a BBQ area, serving as a hub for members to train, socialize, and celebrate achievements. Visitors can enjoy dining at the Bayview Bar & Bites, which offers panoramic views of Mooloolaba Beach.
